Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each chandelier is 3.4 ft. x 3.4 ft. (40 in. X 40 in.) while the hanging flower stem lengths vary, the longest flower stem is 3.8 ft.. In total, the minimum amount of space needed to hang is 4 ft. and the frames can be suspended up to 12 ft.

  • Starting at the base, we are able to hang the floral chandeliers an additional 12 ft. stainless steel chains. We have the ability to change the length based on your desire and ceiling height. We are also able to add no additional height for lower ceilings.

    Be sure to add 3.8 ft. to your desired length to know how low the longest stem will hang in your venue.

  • Unfortunately, not every venue works for our hanging gardens. Please fill out the contact form under the Contact Us tab and our team will be happy to speak with your venue and let you know if our gardens are approved by your venue.

  • The bases are made of wood. The flowers and greenery are made of Artificial Silk White/ Synthetic Polyester.

  • Our team will deliver the Floral Chandeliers dependent on the day and time that we work out with you and your venue. Depending on your location of your venue, you may have an additional transportation fee based on mileage. Please see Pricing page for more information.

  • Hanging Garden Design does have our own experienced installation team but dependent on your venues policy, your venue may require their own team to install the gardens. This could result in an additional fee from your venue, so please double check with your venue.

  • No, the flowers cannot get wet. But, if your venue has a covered outdoor location (barn, bridge, gazebo, etc.) and your venue approves of the gardens, we will be able to partner with your venue.
